Sales Associate ESSENTIAL FUNCTION: The basic function of the sales representative position is to provide top quality guest assistance and customer service that far exceeds that of our competitors. Solicit appliance and electronics sales contacts and represent the company and the manufacturers we deal with as a liaison between builders, contractors, their clients and ourselves. Comply with company policies and procedures.


The following duties and responsibilities are essential in the daily execution of the position: Help customers make an informed decision based on their needs and wants with the best product knowledge Stay up-to-date with all technology and product information Keep up-to-date on stock levels and strategies Accurately input all sales orders and track them through the delivery or pickup process Make sure all area of responsibility is done in a timely manner and in a way that works with the company policy Properly tag all sold pickup items Assist in developing and training of new associates when needed MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Strong interpersonal relationship skills; Relates well with others in an open, candid, consistent, and professional manner.Works to understand the views of others to ensure effective, collaborative business efforts.Actively works to build credibility with all colleagues, customers, and partners.Proven leadership skills; proactively identifies opportunities to add value beyond what is required.
